A water chart with an earth-sign sun is a person who looks controlled and feels a great deal.
Your type and your sun

Element: Water
You sense what lies beneath the surface and guide others safely through feelings and turning points.
Capricorn
Element of the sun sign: Earth
Who you are with this combination
The sun is serious, disciplined and ambitious; the chart is sensitive, intuitive and absorbs more than it admits. So you carry responsibility with a quiet inner life that few see. Your reserve is protection rather than coldness.
How sun and type work together
Sun and type bring different elements
Earth contains water, which gives you structure around feeling. This is a steady, resilient pairing. The cost is that feelings are filed away until the body presents them: tension, tiredness, a bout of sadness. Make a small, regular space to feel on purpose.
Love and closeness
You are loyal, protective and slow to show tenderness. Once you trust, you give real commitment and a surprisingly soft side. Say the warm thing out loud; your partner cannot read the weather inside you.
Work and career
Medicine, social work, management in caring institutions, architecture of homes, finance for families and long-term projects with human value suit you. You combine empathy with discipline. Take the time to rest, because no one counts your sacrifices as you do.
Under stress
Under stress you work harder, say less and push the feelings down. Heaviness settles in the chest, joints and mood. A scheduled day of rest, a good cry or a laugh with an old friend lets the pressure out.
Why the type is more precise than the sign alone
A sun sign is one placement in the chart, and it stands in one of the four elements. Your Codex Type is calculated from all 11 points of the chart: the sun, the moon, the ascendant and the planets. The sun colors the type, and the type shows how much of the whole chart agrees with the sun or answers it.
A sun sign alone would describe a cool achiever. The type shows the sensitive current in the whole chart, which gives your drive its purpose.
