Your type and your sun
- Navigator
Element: Water
You sense what lies beneath the surface and guide others safely through feelings and turning points.
Libra
Element of the sun sign: Air
Who you are with this combination
The sun wants harmony, beauty and fairness; the chart senses what each person feels. So you can smooth conflict with great tact, and you also pay for it, because you absorb the strain. You value kindness and make it look easy.
How sun and type work together
Sun and type bring different elements
Air and water are both flexible, so the pair moves easily but has no hard edge. You adapt to others, sometimes beyond what is good for you. Decide what you want before you ask what everybody else wants, and the balance becomes real.
Love and closeness
You are romantic, tender and committed to the harmony of the couple. You can feel what your partner needs and meet it without being asked. Remember to name your own wishes, because a relationship in which only one person is understood tilts over time.
Work and career
Mediation, counselling, art, design, beauty, relationship-based services and diplomacy suit you. You create calm and trust. Set one boundary a week out loud, and practice staying in a disagreement without leaving it.
Under stress
Under stress you smile, give way and then feel drained and resentful. Indecision grows and the stomach flutters. Take your own pulse: ask what you feel, write it down, then choose one thing for yourself.
Why the type is more precise than the sign alone
A sun sign is one placement in the chart, and it stands in one of the four elements. Your Codex Type is calculated from all 11 points of the chart: the sun, the moon, the ascendant and the planets. The sun colors the type, and the type shows how much of the whole chart agrees with the sun or answers it.
The sun sign alone says you are a charming diplomat. The type shows that your tact is rooted in real feeling, so your harmony is a form of care and not only good manners.
