Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between G.M.L. Global Mind Ltd, 6 Dimokratias, 4528 Pentakomo, Limassol, Cyprus (“Birth Codex”, “we”, “us”) and you regarding the services offered at www.birthcodex.com. You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract with us.

2. Contracting party

Your contracting party is G.M.L. Global Mind Ltd, registered in the Cyprus commercial register under HE362112, represented by the Directors Marcus Meurer and Felicia Meurer. Contact: [email protected].

3. Services

• Free teaser: a free preview of your cosmic profile with selected systems.
• Birth Codex Reading (Premium): a full reading with currently 23 cosmic systems, computed from your birth data (Swiss Ephemeris) and complemented by AI-generated interpretation texts, delivered digitally on www.birthcodex.com with a permanent access link by email.
• Extensions: we may offer additional premium features in the future (partner/child/synastry readings, AI coaches, workshops, subscriptions), subject to any product-specific terms.

All content provided by Birth Codex is for personal inspiration, self-reflection and entertainment only. It does not replace medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice. We make no promises of healing, guarantees of success or predictions. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions.

4. Formation of contract

The presentation of our services on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation for you to make an offer. By completing the order form, requesting the premium reading and completing payment via Stripe, you make a binding offer. We accept it by confirming payment and providing the service. The contract language is English.

5. Prices & payment

The price shown on the website at the time of your order applies. The full Birth Codex Reading currently costs USD 99 (one-time); other tiers are offered at the prices displayed at checkout. All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods Stripe offers). Payment data is processed solely by Stripe; we never receive plain payment data.

6. Delivery

After successful payment your reading is provided digitally and immediately on www.birthcodex.com, and you also receive a confirmation email with a permanent link. Delivery typically takes a few seconds. In case of technical delays, contact [email protected].

7. Right of withdrawal & waiver

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right expires once (a) you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends, and (b) you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Because the Birth Codex Reading is provided digitally and immediately after payment, we obtain your express consent before checkout. By ticking the corresponding box before the contract is concluded, you confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal and agree to immediate performance. If you do not agree to immediate performance, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies from the conclusion of the contract; to exercise it, inform us (G.M.L. Global Mind Ltd, [email protected]) by a clear statement. In that case we refund all payments received without undue delay, using the same payment method you used.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under applicable product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for injury to life, body or health, or for breach of essential contractual obligations, in which case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. In particular we are not liable for decisions or consequences you draw from the reading, which is expressly not professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted (24/7) access. Maintenance, technical faults or force majeure may cause temporary outages. Readings already created remain accessible via the emailed link once a fault is resolved.

10. Copyright

All content on www.birthcodex.com (texts, graphics, software, calculation logic, designs, reading templates) is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification or distribution is permitted only with our express consent. You may use your personal reading for non-commercial, private purposes.

11. Privacy

12. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the consumer law of your home country applies; its mandatory protections (e.g. right of withdrawal, warranty, jurisdiction at your domicile) remain unaffected by these Terms. In addition, the law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For businesses, the law of the Republic of Cyprus applies exclusively and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Limassol, Cyprus.

14. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
