Nomad with Sun in Capricorn: The Air Type
Element: Air · Element of the sun sign: Earth
An air chart with an earth-sign sun is a strategist with a good vocabulary: serious about goals and clear about how to explain them.
Your type and your sun
- Nomad
Element: Air
You live on ideas, encounters and movement, and your mind joins what others keep apart.
Capricorn
Element of the sun sign: Earth
Who you are with this combination
The sun is disciplined, ambitious and realistic; the chart is curious, social and verbal. You plan carefully and can present the plan so that others buy into it. A dry wit appears when you feel safe.
How sun and type work together
Sun and type bring different elements
Structure meets flexibility. The sun wants a firm path, the chart wants to explore, and the result is a planner who adapts. The trap is to talk yourself out of ease: you analyze every fun idea for its usefulness. Keep one pastime with no purpose.
Love and closeness
You are reserved at first, then loyal and funny in a quiet way. You are attracted to minds you can respect and to partners who share long-term plans. Show the soft side before a crisis forces it out.
Work and career
Management, consulting, law, finance, public administration and project leadership suit you. You combine authority with communication skill. Delegate more than feels comfortable, and let your team see the reasoning behind your targets.
Under stress
Under stress you overwork, overthink and see only obligations. Sleep gets short and humor goes dry. Block recovery time before the deadline and bring a friend into the problem.
Why the type is more precise than the sign alone
A sun sign is one placement in the chart, and it stands in one of the four elements. Your Codex Type is calculated from all 11 points of the chart: the sun, the moon, the ascendant and the planets. The sun colors the type, and the type shows how much of the whole chart agrees with the sun or answers it.
The sun sign alone makes you a serious climber. The type shows the lively, verbal intelligence in the whole chart, which gives your ambition a voice.
The same type with other sun signs
This type shows different sides depending on where the sun stands:
