A balanced chart with an air-sign sun is a curious, versatile person with a base that holds all sides together.
Your type and your sun
- Cartographer
Element: Balanced
All four elements are in balance in you, so you understand every side and join them into one picture.
Gemini
Element of the sun sign: Air
Who you are with this combination
The sun brings questions, talk and a love of variety; no element in the chart outweighs the others, so your many interests have a stable center. You can discuss ideas, feel with a friend, make plans and do the practical thing. People call you easy to talk to for good reason.
How sun and type work together
A balanced chart around the sun
In a balanced chart, the sun guides and the rest supports, and an air-sign sun adds quick wit on top of an even foundation. The risk is the usual one for your sign, stretching yourself thin, but the balance gives you more recovery than most. Commit to one project in each quarter.
Love and closeness
You are playful, communicative and open to many kinds of closeness. You can speak a partner's language, whether that is words, touch, practical help or shared silence. Be sure you also say what you want, since adaptable people often get overlooked.
Work and career
Communication, teaching, consulting, translation, mediation and project coordination suit you. You understand people of every type. Take on the role of connector and choose a topic to master in depth.
Under stress
Under stress the air turns up: more thoughts, more messages, less sleep. The full range of your chart is still there. Choose one small task from each element, such as a walk, a call, a meal and a rest, and the load spreads out.
Why the type is more precise than the sign alone
A sun sign is one placement in the chart, and it stands in one of the four elements. Your Codex Type is calculated from all 11 points of the chart: the sun, the moon, the ascendant and the planets. The sun colors the type, and the type shows how much of the whole chart agrees with the sun or answers it.
A sun sign alone would call you a fast talker with many interests. The type shows the even ground beneath, which explains how you keep coming back to center.
