The Lilith most people mean in astrology is Black Moon Lilith, sometimes called Mean Lilith. She is not a physical body but a calculated point: the lunar apogee, the spot where the Moon's orbit swings farthest away from Earth. Right where the Moon is most distant, this point marks what sits farthest from your familiar emotional life — the material your everyday self finds hardest to reach.
